Rubber insulation is a elastomeric rubber based heat insulatıon material with closed cell structured in the forms of pipe and sheet also may be naked or covered with aluminıum foil which produced for using in air conditioning or cooling systems.
λ = 0,036W / mK thermal conductivity values, have a vapor diffusion resistance μ 7000.
Operating tempature is between -40 / + 105⁰C. It does not include HCFC gas. There is no UV resistance.
According to BS 476 British standards, ıt is defined in Class 0 flammability class.
Rubber plates are found in 6, 9, 13, 25, 32, 50 mm thickness.
Rubber pipes have 6, 9, 13, 25, 32 thickness and produced between 6…114 mm diameters.
Polyethylene insulation is used for the purpose of thermal insulation and condensation control.
Thermal conductivity is λ 0,040 W/mK. Water vapor diffusion resistance factor is µ> 5000'dir. Operating tempature is between -45/+80°C . Flexable and closed pores.
Polyethylene sheets are found , 6, 8, 10 mm thickness.
Polyethylene pipes are found , 10, 15, 20, 30 thickness and have inner pipe diameter between 22…114 mm
FİBER GLASS İNSULATİON
Operating temparature is between -50/250 °C
Air conditioning panels, density 50 kg / m³. Naked, aluminum foil or fiberglass coated options.
Air mattresses, density 24 kg / m³. One side is covered with aluminum foil.
Fiberglass pipe density is 60-95 kg/m³, diameter is between¼"…14" and thickness is between 25…100 mm maybe found naked or covered with aluminıum foil.
MİNERAL FİBER İNSULATİON
Used for heat insulation and fire insulation. Operation temparature is between -50/+600 °C . Produced with or without foil.
Thermal conductivity declared value of + 0.040 W / mK. The water vapor diffusion resistance factor 1 = 1.
According to TS EN 13501-1 it is in the class of "fireproof materials" .

Rockwool mattresses vary in density between 90-110 kg/m³. Mesh is stranded.
Rockwool pipe vary in density between 100-145 kg/m³ and have pipe diameter between ¼"…1" and thickness between 25… 100 mm .
ACOUSTİC FOAM İNSULATİON
These are made of polyurethane foam , they do not show melting or dripping when in contact with high heat or fire. They are used in sound insulation and acoustic adjustments in air ducts. They have 5- 10 mm thickness and they are black plates.
They may be produced in varying densities such as between 30-80 kg / m³. Flat, eggs and pyramidal forms.
AUXİLARY İNSULATİON MATERİALS
İnsulation nails are used fort he purpose of assemblying insulation materials to sheet surfaces. Operating temparature is between -10/+80°C . It is important that the adhesion surface is clean.
PVC tape is 130 microns thick. Polyethylene is used in the assembly of rubber insulation for heat and sound insulation.
Aluminum foil tape, reinforced straight and 18 microns thick, solvent-based acrylic adhesive. Suitable for use in insulation of ventilation ducts
Rubber tapes are produced of rubber foam and have 3 mm thickness and 7,5-10 mm width. They are used for rubber insulation adhesion.
